Manager For Canteen

Job Description
Canteen manager needed for busy Canteen in Cape Town CBD. Must be able to start at 6 am and have reliable transport. Must be able to lead a team front and back of house, have great client service skills and know how to run a busy kitchen. Stock management C.O.S and Stock Ordering is a must. Must be able to comfortably run a team of 10 people, have a cool head in a busy environmet. Basic HR skills needed, must be meticulous and have a strong kitchen and management background.

Pay: R12000,00 - R14000,00 per month
Work Location: In person
