Manage the implementation of strategies and policies as assigned by the COO and the board.
Oversee the operations of the organisation and manage its compliance with legal and regulatory requirement.
Develop and monitor strategies to ensure long-term financial viability.

Evaluate performance management of Senior Managers and direct team.
Strategize employee development.
Assist Operations Management with training implementation.
Handover contracts and training interventions to Operations
Facilitate, Assess and Moderate where required.
Conduct External Moderations meetings.
Maintain good relationships with SETA's, Government, Corporate Clients, Host Employers
Liaise with Stakeholder and Seta's
Attend to Staff wellness and support.
Prepare reports for EXCO
Conduct Management Meetings
Maintain Management Calendar of Events
Track interventions with team and client and monitor satisfaction.
Communicate with Finance Dept for invoicing.
Implement planned training.
Attend networking events.
Stay abreast with industry needs and requirements.
Qualifications
o Tertiary qualification will be advantageous
Work experience
Minimum of 7 years at Managerial level.
