Campaign Manager



Role Overview



The Campaign Manager is responsible for

strategy, planning, messaging, copywriting, approvals, and performance

across all digital marketing activity.
This role owns what is communicated, why, when, and how it performs, while working closely with the Creative to execute visuals and video.

This role requires a strong marketing brain with

creative capability

, but hands-on design and video editing are

not the primary focus, however experience is required

.

Key Responsibilities



Campaign Strategy & Planning



Plan and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns across:



Property launches Lead generation (sellers, landlords) Brand awareness Create weekly and monthly content plans Prioritise work proactively across two brands Manage timelines, approvals, and sequencing of content

Copywriting & Messaging (Primary Ownership)



Write Property portal descriptions:



Brochure copy (sales only) Email campaign copy Social media captions LinkedIn posts Adapt copy for different audiences

Paid Media & Advertising (Meta & Facebook Ads)



The Campaign Manager must have

hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns

, specifically across

Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram)

.

Responsibilities include:

Planning and executing paid Meta campaigns for:



Seller lead generation Landlord lead generation Property promotion Brand awareness Defining campaign objectives, audiences, and budgets Creating and testing ad copy, hooks, and CTAs Collaborating with the Creative on: Ad visuals & Video Assets Monitoring and optimising campaigns based on performance Reporting on ad performance and insights as part of monthly analytics

Email Marketing (ActivePipe)



Own email campaign strategy and structure:



What's For Sale What's To Let Seller lead gen Landlord lead gen Define: Hooks, CTAs, Segmentation Follow-up sequences (openers / non-openers) Review layouts for spacing and mobile responsiveness Analyse performance weekly and monthly:

Property Marketing Workflow (Strategic Ownership)



Oversee the full property onboarding process:



EPC checks Portal and brochure copy Alto data accuracy Launch sequencing (soft launch ? full portal launch) Coordinate with Creative on: Reels, Videos and Visual assets Ensure approvals are obtained before publishing

Website & Portal Oversight



Conduct website and portal checks:



Pricing accuracy Missing or incorrect information Duplicate or unpublished listings Resolve issues directly or log with support (Alto / Property Jungle)

Reporting & Performance



Produce monthly analytics reports:



Reach Engagement Growth Email performance Leads Identify top-performing campaigns and content Lead monthly content approval and strategy meetings

Essential experience and skills required:



Previous experience in Campaign Management (with Estate Agency experience or similar) Minimum 3 - 5 years' experience Paid Media & Advertising (Meta & Facebook Ads) experience Well-presented and well-spoken

Driven, ambitious and self-motivated


Hardware Requirements:



Own computer or laptop. ADSL/ FIBRE internet line. Headphones for use with our VOIP phone system. Anti-virus installed. UPS/Back-up Battery for load shedding - NON-NEGOTIABLE

Working hours:



Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm) UK Time. Additional Saturdays
