Job Description

Outworx is looking for Sales Agents for a leading International UK campaign.



This is a full-time, on-site UK Sales Advisor role located in Cape Town, CBD. You will be required to work as part of a team and individually to provide support to the relevant sales department clients to ensure conversion of new business, service of existing clients and retention of renewals to achieve and delivery company income targets (KPI's) in accordance with company procedures and complaint and regulatory requirements.



Roles and Responsibilities


Complete the key task of "fact finding" to identify clients' requirements and to provide the best level of product/service to fulfil their needs. Using the information gathered, determine which product/ services will be best suited for the customer's needs. Discuss any "additional" needs or services to ensure that all requirements are satisfied. Ability to build rapport and to handle objections to close on sales. Identify all potential cross sales and up sell opportunities, referring to other departments where necessary. Using the product and customers' needs to convert a potential customer into a sale Being able to provide solid customer service as well as upsell using benefits and customer needs Assist and support in the generation of new leads and enquiries


Compliance


Adhere to treating customers fairly (TCF) at all times Comply with all regulations as set by the FCA and be aware of and adopt any changes in regulatory practice through attending appropriate training and maintaining competence in the relevant area. Follow and comply with all scripting set out by the company in line with the FCA guidelines.


Completed and Passed Matric or NQF Level 4 required. Valid South African ID Experience in the UK sales industry is preferred (could be USA) Strong communication skills and active listening skills are necessary Quick thinker with strong ethics and ability to comply with UK regulations Fluent in English, both written and verbal Exceptional phone etiquette and problem-solving skills UK Sales: 1 year + (Preferred) Call Centre/ BPO: 1 year + (Required) Ability to work rotational shifts and weekends * Experience in meeting revenue target will be advantageous
