Duties & Responsibilities
.Handle inbound and outbound calls like a pro- quick,efficient and always on point
Follow dynamic communication scripts while adding your personal magic
Understand customer needs,provide tailored solution ,and close those deals
Upsell like a boss when opportunities knock.
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
