DBN56 - Business Manager - (JHB)
Purpose of the Job:
To drive business growth and operational efficiency by managing sales, production, logistics, and finances, while ensuring compliance, customer satisfaction, and team performance.
Required Qualifications:
- Matric + relevant tertiary education
- 10+ years experience in Logistics, Sales, KAM, or Production
- Experience with ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 compliance
- Industry experience in automotive, engineering, or commercial seating
- Oversee sales, assembly, and distribution operations to achieve business targets.
- Drive financial performance, manage budgets, and ensure cost efficiency.
- Ensure on-time delivery and excellent customer service.
- Manage production planning, logistics, and inventory control.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 quality and safety standards.
- Lead, mentor, and manage staff to drive high performance.
- Optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Maintain asset security and manage vehicle fleet compliance.
