Minimum Qualifications Required

• Grade 12/Standard 10/NQF 4
• RE will be beneficial

Minimum Experience Required

• Minimum 3 years claims experience
• Minimum 5 years in the STI environment
• Extensive Motor and Non Motor claims experience and/or previous business insurance/commercial insurance is essential

Coach and mentor less experienced short term claims clerks
