The Clicks Group is looking to recruit a Business Enhancement Manager to work within the Store Support Department. The will be based at the Clicks Head Office in Cape Town.

JOB PURPOSE:
Drive efficiency and productivity while managing projects and delivering on innovation. Manage the team to deliver on daily operational requirements and strategic initiatives.
JOB OBJECTIVES:
Manage and lead the Business Enhancement team to deliver efficiencies and productivity within store operations
Work across functional areas to extract business benefit that enhances processes and outcomes within store operations
Required to work on medium/high impact projects and solutions that may or may not span multiple business
areas Gather and interpret requirements from the business.
Participate in the solution design process
Prepare the requirements specifications
Define the success criteria for solution testing
Performing business analysis and process improvement with assigned solution project
Presenting information and obtaining buy in from all stakeholders

JOB EXPERIENCE:
Essential: 3-5 years' experience as a Business Analyst or process design role
Essential: 3-5 years' project management experience
Essential: Experience working in and a good understanding of a Logistics, Supply Chain and/or Retail environment
Essential: Evidence of managing a large scale project
EDUCATION:
Degree or Diploma in Business Management or similar qualification
Certificate or Diploma in Project Management
Relevant tertiary IT qualification
Certificate or Diploma in Business Process Modelling from industry recognised training Institution
