Planning all meetings with customers and maintaining and updating daily reports.
Organising and conducting product and related training for current and potential participants and participating in educational opportunities and workshops.
Research sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential
Conducting price negotiations and contractual preparation within the limits of divisional guidelines.
Handle the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
Coordinate sales efforts with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics, and technical service teams.
Analyse the territory's potential and determine the value of existing and prospective customers to the organization.
Create and manage a customer value plan for existing customers highlighting profile, share, and value opportunities.
Plan and organize personal sales strategy by maximising the return on time and money investment for the territory.
Regular reporting to the divisional Manager on the evolution of sales and adaptation of the circumstances of the market.
Keep abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising, and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical service areas.
Participate in trade shows and conventions.
Continuously develop and understand new products in order to maximise customer potential through the introduction of new products.
Education / Professional Certification
Grade 12, B Optom / Business related xe2x80x93 preferably
Experience
Professional Experience 3 - 4 years of sales experience in the companyxe2x80x99s related market and/or demonstrated sales
