REQUIREMENTS:

• 4 5 Years experience in complex sales management in the Renewable Energy industry
• Matric
• Additional relevant qualification will be advantageous
• Understanding of PPAs will be preferable
• National traveling might be required
• Proficient in MS Office
• Client and sales orientated
• Confident

• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, competitors and industry trends.
• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, such as online research, networking events and referrals.
• Proposal Development: Gathering relevant client information, coordinating inputs from different team members, designing bespoke solutions with Engineering, to prepare and timely submit proposals.
• Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with internal departments, as well as clients and partners.
• Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients and partners, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Sales Pipeline Management: Monitor and track the progress of leads through the sales pipeline, update the CRM system and provide regular reports to the management team.
• Revenue Generation: Achieve revenue targets through effective business development strategies.
• Communication: Facilitate effective communication within the business development team and with other departments or external partners.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and company policies.
