Job Description
Job Summary As Business Analyst, you will be a crucial member of the team, driving data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.Duties will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and objectives
- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, identifying areas for improvement
- Gather and interpret data, create reports and present findings
- Assist with the design and implementation of solutions, including process improvements and technology enhancements
- Participate in requirement-gathering sessions and document detailed requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution
- Contribute to project plans, track progress and ensure that deliverables are met
- Support change management efforts
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices and technologies in business analysis
- Completed Degree or Diploma in relevant field
- 2 to 4 years' experience in a Business Analyst role
- Proven experience in managing and executing projects, with successful delivery and implementation
- Proficiency in providing vision and strategy for client proposals
- Excellent report writing skills
- Significant business acumen, understanding the key drivers of business success
- Core consulting skills, including research, analysis and presentation
- Deadline driven
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player
