. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, process improvement, and hands-on experience configuring enterprise systems such as
ServiceNow, Salesforce, BMC Remedy and other similar cloud-based platforms
. This role requires the ability to bridge business needs with technical solutions, ensuring seamless implementation and optimization of business systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering:
Work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs, document requirements, and translate them into functional specifications.
Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and workflow analysis to identify areas for improvement.
Solution Design & Implementation:
Develop solution designs that align with business objectives and best practices.
Configure, customize, and optimize systems such as
ServiceNow, Salesforce, or similar platforms
.
Collaborate with development teams, vendors, and IT departments to implement solutions.
Conduct testing, user training, and change management activities to ensure smooth adoption.
System Configuration & Integration:
Configure workflows, automation rules, reports, dashboards, and data models.
Work with APIs, data migration, and system integration to ensure seamless connectivity between business applications.
Solution Testing & Quality Assurance:
Take ownership of solution testing, ensuring that developed solutions meet business requirements and function as intended.
Develop and execute test cases, document defects, and collaborate with developers to resolve issues.
Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure feedback is incorporated into final solutions.
Project Leadership & Team Management:
Take a leadership role in project execution, guiding and coordinating development teams.
Act as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
Drive project delivery by setting priorities, managing risks, and ensuring milestones are met on time.
Project Management & Documentation:
Support project planning, timeline management, and stakeholder communication.
Create detailed documentation including business cases, SOWs, test plans, and user guides.
Key Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum
5+ years
of experience as a Business Analyst with exposure to solution design and implementation.
Hands-on experience in configuring and implementing
ServiceNow, Salesforce, or similar platforms
.
Experience with system integrations, workflow automation, and data migration.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of
business process analysis, modeling, and optimization
.
Experience working in
Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
project environments.
Technical knowledge of
APIs, databases, scripting, or low-code platforms
is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in
Business Analysis, Information Systems, Computer Science
, or a related field.
Certifications in
ServiceNow, Salesforce, Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA), or Project Management (PMP, Agile, PRINCE2)
are highly advantageous.
