Job Description
Our client, a national, privately-funded NGO who prides themselves on Human Rights-based inclusivity across the country, are seeking a Building and Grounds Supervisor for their team based in the Cape Winelands.

KEY REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION:
- You must be able to work independently and accurately keep records and be proactive in your approach to ensuring the profitability of the company
- You must have a Matric or equivalent, coupled with 3 xe2x80x93 5 years of experience in building and grounds maintenance as well as a Code 10 driverxe2x80x99s license
- You must understand building and ground risks, be able to work with subcontractor arrangements, and supervise other maintenance staff xe2x80x93 computer literacy is essential
- You must have experience with landscaping and gardening xe2x80x93 pool maintenance is advantageous
- You must have an understanding of building, plumbing, electrical, security, and the surrounding gardens
- You must be able to do maintenance planning and administration, running reports on expenses etc.
- You must be willing to work on weekends and be on standby
- You must have a valid driverxe2x80x99s licence, own car and a clear criminal and credit record
