Job Description
Our client, a national, privately-funded NGO who prides themselves on Human Rights-based inclusivity across the country, are seeking a Building and Grounds Supervisor for their team based in Mowbray.

KEY REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION:
- You must be able to work independently and accurately keep records and be proactive in your approach to ensuring the profitability of the company
- You must have a Matric or equivalent, coupled with 3 xe2x80x93 5 years of experience in building and grounds maintenance as well as a Code 10 driverxe2x80x99s license
- The building is a heritage site so you MUST have experience with maintenance on heritage sites, you must also understand building and ground risks, be able to work with subcontractor arrangements, and supervise other maintenance staff xe2x80x93 computer literacy is essential
- You must have an understanding of building, plumbing, electrical, security, and the surrounding gardens
- You must be able to do maintenance planning and administration, running reports on expenses etc.
- You must be willing to work on weekends and be on standby
- You must have a valid driverxe2x80x99s licence, own car and a clear criminal and credit record
