What will you do?


Broker Support Administrator Responsibilities Include with no Advice given to clients or brokers. Dealing with brokers who are very demanding on calls. Basic admin, linking policies with new brokers, removing brokers off policies, removing broker fees. Checking account premium movements. Commission queries (payments queries by brokers) Listening to calls and applying content of calls. Handling complaints and queries. Must be familiar with FSCA.

Minimum Qualification

Grade 12/ Standard 10/NQF 4 Tertiary/ NQF 5

Minimum Experience


Exposure to the broker or dealer servicing environment Minimum of 2 years of broker/dealer sales or administration and client services.

Deliverables include, but will not be limited to


Attend to incoming queries either telephonic or via email from both Brokers and Broker Admin staff. Assist with support queries for brokers. Provide brokers with constant feedback on queries.

Competencies Required


Grade 12/Standard 10/NQF 4 Above average computer literacy in MS Word and Excel Above average numeric skills Analytical Must be highly proficient in dealing with clients at all levels. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Fluent in English & another SA Language Attention to details. Self-motivated Problem solving skills and solution oriented. Flexibility Ability to multi-task and cope with pressure. Commitment to personal and team goals Professionalism Presentable Ability to apply business rules and processes. Good negotiating skills Team Player Email etiquette
