Role PurposeProvide administrative support to the sales team in the coordination and execution of distribution campaigns and plans, in support of the distribution strategy.
RequirementsExperience and Qualifications

  • Matric qualification.
  • Post graduate qualification would be an advantage in marketing or sales.
  • 2-3 years' relevant experience in administration in the group risk and umbrella funds market.
Duties & ResponsibilitiesINTERNAL PROCESS
  • Collaborate with and support the sales team to execute the distribution strategy and enable sales growth.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team to ensure the efficient function of the team.
  • Coordinate the production of various marketing collateral for print, digital, and other media in association with service providers.
  • Maintain marketing databases with relevant information for ease and efficiency of use within the sales team.
  • Create and compile sales reports to report on the effectiveness, impact, and outcomes of sales campaigns and activities.
  • Assist with the management of broker panels and day-to-day queries that are escalated from the broker panel. This could include new business or retention matters.
  • Schedule sales presentations and campaigns, maintaining an annual sales project calendar, in line with specified deadlines.
  • Provide assistance with the execution of sales plans, campaigns, and strategies in line with the agreed budget and report on expenses and spend.
  • Assist with the quality checking of marketing material to ensure alignment to the brief and marketing plan, and maintain promotional materials inventory, where necessary.
  • Build relationships and partner with brokers that are allocated within the sales team panel.
