Job Description
A leading company in the building and steel industry is seeking a dynamic and energetic Branch Manager to lead operations and drive growth at its Velddrif Branch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all branch operations, including:
- Customer service excellence
- Achieving sales targets and driving branch growth
- Stock control and logistics coordination
- Staff performance, motivation, and HR administration
- Training, development, and OHS compliance
- General administration and branch security
- Building and equipment maintenance
- Implement strategies to improve productivity and sales performance
- Enhance the companys presence and reputation in the market
- Uphold ethical standards and ensure compliance with company policies
- Collaborate with internal departments to support business success
- Relevant qualification (Business Management certificate/degree or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role, preferably within building materials or construction sales
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, MS Teams, and Zoom
- Valid drivers licence and clear criminal record
