We are looking for a reliable, honest, detail-driven person who can help keep our numbers and paperwork in order. We require someone who has the following:
Minimum 3 years of experience in working with bookkeeping in the medical field.
Confident in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Outlook and Microsoft Word.
Able to work independently.
Accurate and Works fast.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Healthcare Management or Finance.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Oversee basic bookkeeping and Admin.
Keep track of pre-admission authorisations, Invoice submissions and recon from medical aid.
Make sure service providers are doing what they should and billing correctly.
Oversee Debtors and Collections.
Oversee Creditors Schedules.
Liaison with Accountants for financial information.
