As a Bookings Representative, you will play a crucial role in our success. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing existing client relationships and serving as their primary point of contact for staffing needs.

Effectively communicating with clients to understand their staffing requirements.

Coordinating and managing the placement process for healthcare professionals.

Collaborating with the resourcing team to identify and attract qualified candidates.

Proactively identifying new business opportunities and engaging in outreach and social selling.

Managing your portfolio to drive long-term relationships, revenue growth, and exceptional service.

Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for candidates.
