Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain the grill station
Cook meat and poultry to specified temperatures
Ensure consistent portion sizes and presentation
Maintain a clean and safe workstation
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
Requirements:
Previous grill or line cook experience preferred
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Ability to work under pressure and in a team
Reliability and attention to detail
Good communication skills
