Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Block Man to join our Butchery team. The Block Man will be responsible for cutting, deboning, trimming, portioning and preparing different types of meat cuts according to customers requirments and shop standards. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of meat cuts, food hygiene and excellent service and skilled, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the Butchery area at all the times.
