Your Responsibilities
BI and DW Solution Delivery:

• Technically leading all projects and changes to ensure delivered in line with enterprise practices of data warehousing and industry standards;
• Streamline how solutions within the analytics environment can be enhanced to add business value;
• Develop and deliver business intelligence and analytics operational capability that delivers value driven reporting and insight;
• Hands on in providing level 3 support and problem management for reports;
• Remaining current on key technologies, business, and industry trends as it applies to the analytics environments;
• Establishing and enhancing communication channels for change management and reporting;
• Identifying and driving process improvement opportunities and applicable monitoring reports for implementation by business;
• Executing change through frequent, communication to staff and clients about the change and the impact of the change (individual and business);
• Anticipating and analysing trends in technology while assessing the emerging technologies impacts;
• Managing production support of the Enterprise Data Warehouse;
• Build functional and technical documentation to manage changes to reporting systems;
• Ensure Validation process is followed for all projects.

Projects:

• Agree with business and management the best fit solution for AGI, scope schedule and cost;
• Drive the business case creation and project planning;
• Ensure all IT projects are proactively managed according to the IT project process;
• Identify and manage stakeholders by implementing an engagement plan to ensure continuous and effective communication on timelines and deliverables;
• Risk management xe2x80x93 Ability to identify, analyze and mitigate risks that may arise during the project life cycle of proposed/implemented technologies;
• Execute projects on time and in budget.

Stakeholder Management and Mentoring:

• Share technical knowledge through regular catch ups between team members.
• Assist and provide guidance to team members to help them overcome any technical challenges they may face.

What you will need to be successful in the Role

• Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience in a related field;
• 3-5 years of experience in data modeling, Power BI, Power Query and Extract Load Transfer processes (ETL) using Microsoft SSIS or Azure Data factory;
• SAP BW/4HANA, SAP S/4HANA Embedded Analytics and Microsoft Azure certifications related to business analytics will be an advantage;
• Knowledge of latest market trends. (Big Data, Blockchain, AI, Cloud, Mobile);
• Strong technical background, with commitment to process and quality orientation.
