They are launching a focused division aimed at providing battery storage systems, EV charging infrastructure, microgrids, and hybrid energy solutions, particularly within the mining sector. Role Overview:

You'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging with mining and industrial clients, and developing tailored solutions that address real-world energy challenges. From client acquisition to technical collaboration, you'll work across sales, engineering, and operations to deliver commercially viable, future-ready power solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain a client pipeline in the mining, infrastructure, and industrial sectors. Promote and sell battery energy storage systems (BESS), hybrid solutions, and microgrid infrastructure. Work with technical teams to define fit-for-purpose client solutions. Prepare proposals and technical-commercial presentations. Attend site visits and understand on-site energy requirements (including charging solutions for electric mining vehicles). Represent the division at trade shows and energy forums.

Requirements:

3-5+ years of B2B technical sales or business development experience. Exposure to power systems, electrical infrastructure, or hybrid energy solutions. Understanding of energy transition in the mining or industrial sector. Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills. Comfortable operating in a self-driven, solutions-led environment.
