POSITION: MS Dynamics BC Consultant
LOCATION: Sandton
We are seeking a motivated Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant to join our growing ERP team.
This role is ideal for a professional with hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Microsoft
Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV) who is looking to further develop their consulting skills in a collaborative
and fast-paced environment. You will work closely with clients to understand their business processes, design effective
solutions, and support successful implementations and ongoing improvements.
Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in end-to-end implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, from requirements gathering to go-live and post-implementation support.
• Conduct business process analysis to identify areas for improvement and translate requirements into functional specifications.
• Configure and customize BC modules (e.g., Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Projects, Manufacturing, etc.).
• Assist in data migration, system testing, and user training activities.
• Collaborate with developers to design and test extensions, integrations, and reports.
• Provide user support and troubleshooting for live systems.
• Document configurations, processes, and training materials.
• Stay current with Microsoft updates, new features, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 1-4 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV.
• Strong understanding of core BC modules such as Finance, Inventory, Sales, and Purchasing.
• Ability to gather and document functional requirements and translate them into solutions.
• Basic knowledge of AL programming and the BC development environment (desirable but not mandatory).
• Experience with Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Automate) is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working directly with clients and managing small to medium-sized workstreams.
• Microsoft certifications in Business Central or related areas (preferred).
