The successful candidate should possess;

Passion for working in customer service

Ability to operate in accordance with Company policies, procedures and Occupational Health and Safety Act regulations

Capability, to manage cash and payment transactions accurately

Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks

Ability to work as part of a team or individually to deliver quality standards

Positive attitude and Excellent verbal communication

Ability to clean all catering/bar equipment, appliances, floors, surfaces and store rooms in accordance with cleaning schedules

Complete working knowledge of the relevant aspects of stock taking procedure

Skills to know and demonstrate correct use of cleaning products

Capability to ensure the correct rotation of all stock (displayed and stored) and apply the "first in first out" (FIFO) principle
