Key Responsibilities: * Prepare and serve drinks, cocktails, and beverages to the highest standards ? * Engage with guests to create memorable experiences and personalised service * Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of the bar area ? * Monitor stock levels, restock as required, and minimise wastage * Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations during service * Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations ?
