Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair
• Ensure the bar is fully stocked, clean, and compliant with hygiene standards
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the beverage menu, specials, and promotions
• Process orders efficiently using POS systems and handle cash and card transactions accurately
• Assist with bar stock takes and inventory control
• Monitor guest consumption and comply with legal alcohol service regulations
• Work closely with the food and beverage team to ensure seamless service

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a barman in a luxury hotel, lodge, or fine dining establishment
• Solid knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and bar techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Neat and professional appearance
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required
• Own reliable transport (live-out position)
