Description
As a Barman, you will be at the heart of the guest experience -- delivering world-class beverage service in a luxury environment. You'll craft premium cocktails, maintain impeccable bar presentation, and provide knowledgeable recommendations that enhance the overall dining experience.
Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverages with precision and flair.
• Deliver polished, professional, and engaging service to every guest.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge and offer informed recommendations.
• Ensure bar cleanliness, hygiene, and stock control at all times.
• Collaborate closely with the Front of House team to ensure smooth service flow.
• Uphold the restaurant's luxury standards and brand identity.

Minimum Requirements

• Proven experience as a Barman / Mixologist in fine dining, luxury hotels, or upmarket restaurants.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and guest-relations skills.
• Professional appearance and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, refined environment.
• Passion for mixology and exceptional hospitality.

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: R12 000 - R15 000
