We are recruiting on behalf of an international hospitality group for a highly experienced Bar Manager to lead operations across multiple high-end bar outlets within a prestigious Cape Town property.

This role is ideal for a dynamic professional who has a proven track record in luxury, multi-outlet bar operations and a deep understanding of global beverage trends.

Minimum Requirements
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Proven experience managing at least 4 different bar outlets within a luxury property or hospitality group
• Strong knowledge of:
• Fine wines (particularly in a fine dining setting)
• Classic and contemporary cocktails
• Premium spirits and global beverage trends
• A finger on the pulse of current and emerging industry trends
• Experience leading and managing bar teams across multiple outlets
• Exceptional reporting skills and a strong command of back-end bar operations
• (including stock control, sales tracking, and financial reporting)
• A high level of computer literacy for bar management systems and reporting tools
• Confidence in reporting directly to the General Manager of Operations
• A passion for delivering consistent, world-class guest experiences across outlets
