Job Description
- Hands on Banqueting and Conferrence Manager needed for a large hotel group with multiple outlets.
- Hotel School Diploma and/or 3 years of coordinating experience, or similar, in a large Conference Centre/5* establishment
- Operational implementation, tracking & management of client booking and enquiries
- Marketing plan
- Function Planning
- Function Income
- Function accounts
- Site inspections/Advice/consulting
- Innovation
- Event planning and implementation
Must be able to do the following:
- Training & development
- Performance contract and reviews
- Hygiene & appearance
- Positive Team Work
- Effective communication
Operations:
- SOPxe2x80x99s
- Managing of large staff contingent
- Employee handbooks
- Administration/operation/ billing
- Supplier management
- Stock and client deliveries management
