Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate bakery staff to achieve daily production targets
Maintain quality standards for bread, cakes, and pastries
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
Manage stock levels, ordering, and inventory control
Train and motivate staff to maintain efficiency and morale
Assist with planning promotions and new product launches
Requirements
Previous experience in a bakery or food production environment (supervisory experience preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of food safety standards and HACCP practices
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
