B2C: Sales Agents
to join our thriving Call Centre team inPinetown, Durban
.As part of a thriving team, you'll be responsible for engaging with potential customers via telephone or email, understanding their needs, and offering relevant solutions. You'll use a combination of existing leads and cold calling to drive sales and meet performance targets.
Requirements:
Matric (essential) 6-12 months
B2C sales/ Outbound Sales
experience in aCall Centre (B2B-selling to business and B2C- selling to consumer)
Comfortable engaging with various clients Fluent in English with strong telephonic communication skills Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work well under pressureWhat We Offer:
