We're looking for an experienced Supervisor-B2C Sales to inspire and drive performance within our B2C outbound sales team in Pinetown.
Job description
- Ensure your team has the tools and resources they need to succeed
- Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement plans when necessary
- Manage individual performance based on sales results and quality assurance feedback
- Coach and mentor team members to consistently meet and exceed targets
- Communicate updates to procedures clearly and efficiently across teams
- Matric (Grade 12)
- 2-3 years' outbound sales management experience
- Experience with predictive dialers and outbound call centres
- Strong background in sales strategy and report management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proven ability to deliver results through your team
- Strong people management and coaching skills
- Excellent planning and organizational abilities
- A sales and customer-focused mindset
- Results-driven and target-oriented
