Job description
Ensure your team has the tools and resources they need to succeed
Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement plans when necessary
Manage individual performance based on sales results and quality assurance feedback
Coach and mentor team members to consistently meet and exceed targets
Communicate updates to procedures clearly and efficiently across teams
Minimum requirements
Matric (Grade 12)
2-3 years' outbound sales management experience
Experience with predictive dialers and outbound call centres
Strong background in sales strategy and report management
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Proven ability to deliver results through your team
Strong people management and coaching skills
Excellent planning and organizational abilities
A sales and customer-focused mindset
