Job Description
Overview
Responsible for assembling and packaging of explosives accessories through the use of an automated assembly line by preparing assembly components and loading of components into the automated line at the Losberg manufacturing site.
Qualifications
Grade 12 or equivalent 1 year certificate in a relevant production
related qualification
Experience
1 year demonstrated experience in the assembly and packaging of explosives accessories through the use of an automated assembly line. 1 year demonstrated experience in the application of the required occupational health and safety standards within an explosives environment.
Duties
Must be a dependable person that is able to work without direct supervision, on their own and as a member of a team. Demonstrated ability to achieve targets safely and with exceptional quality of work. Demonstrated ability to meet daily assembly targets consistently.
Job Competencies
Be able to consistently work efficiently and accurately to achieve minimum throughput targets. Have good hand-eye coordination and the successful applicants must have the ability to work accurately and diligently, show versatility and be able
to rotate between assembly different stations.
