Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new vehicle sales opportunities.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience in line with Audi brand standards.
  • Provide expert knowledge of Audi products, features, and technologies.
  • Guide customers through the full sales process from initial inquiry to delivery and after-sales follow-up.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct test drives and vehicle presentations.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Ensure all administrative duties are completed accurately and on time.
  • Stay updated with the latest Audi product training and market trends.
Requirements:
  • Must be a qualified Audi Specialist (certified with Audi South Africa).
  • Proven track record in premium vehicle sales, preferably within the Audi brand.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and professional presentation.
  • Valid South African drivers license.
  • Target-driven with the ability to perform under pressure.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
