A wonderful family is looking for an AU PAIR for their daughter

Area:

Lonehill

Child's Age:

Girl - 11 years (Grade 6)

Child's Neurodivergence Snapshot:

ADHD - undiagnosed (unmedicated) and Anxiety (medicated)

Support Style:

Child hasNeurofeedback therapy to assist with ADHD, the doctor's can't diagnose ADHD until this is completed as it wont give us accurate results. She is not medicated as yet as the medication will interfere with the neurofeedback therapy. The results have been amazing so far

Duties:

Collect from school, take to extra-murals, assist with and supervise homework, prepare meals for your children, test preparation for exams

Special Requirements:

Female, Afrikaans/English speaking, extremely patient but stern, Education/Psychology experience, ADHD/Anxiety experience, well organised

Start Date and contract term:

1st February - permanent

Salary:

R10 000 - R12 000 per month (Gross, before deductions) + SARS rates

per km (Lower end of the salary bracket for candidates with no special needs experience)

All Au Pair Extraordinaire applicants must fill the following requirements:

Must have at least 12 consecutive months of formal child caring experience, excluding work done for friends and family. This experience must be within the last 2 years.

Must have their own, reliable car and at least 18 months driving experience.

Must have at least 2 contactable childcare references.

Must have a clear criminal record

Must have a passion for children

Must have Matric

Must have a South African ID document.
