Woodhill, Pretoria East: AU PAIR (PERMANENT POSITION)
Minimum Requirements:
-Reliable Afrikaans speaking individual, aged 22 – 35 years
-Afrikaans and English first and second languages a must
-Matric / Grade 12 with above 70% for languages and Mathematics (not Mathematical Literacy)
-Child Development Course / Teaching qualification completed preferred
-Minimum 3 years recent experience as an Au Pair for children between 2 – 13 years
-Experience caring for children with special needs preferred / advantageous
-Excellent knowledge with summary of Grade 5 school work, with good examination preparation skills
-Tutoring experience or home-schooling teaching experience preferred
-Very calm personality with excellent prioritising skills
-Excellent administration-, communication- and problem solving skills
-Non smoker / non vaper
-Computer literate
-Stable employment record and contactable references
-To start as soon as possible
-Permanent position, students will not be considered.
Work hours: Mondays to Fridays from 11h00am / 12h30pm – 16h30pm (Slightly adjustable / flexible)
Duties:
-Full au pair and tutoring duties for 2 boys (Grade 3 and Grade 5) residing in Woodhill Golf Estate
-Pick up children from school in Constantiapark
-Transport children to daily activities
-Assist with school work and assist Grade 5 child with examination preparation
-Manage domestic worker and gardener at residence
-Assist with daily needs at residence.
-Manage teams and do preparation of speeches
Salary: Negotiable depending on relevant experience and qualifications (Market related)
