A lovely family is looking for an Au pair for their 2 children

Area:

Constantia Vale, Western Cape

Children's Ages:

8 weeks and 2 years - girls

A little about the girls:

2 year old - She loves to read books, paint, dress up, mix and pour, and explore the outdoors. She is constantly making jokes and engaging those around her. 8 weeks old: She is developing and growing beautifully. She loves to sleep (at least much more than her sister did), is building great head control, and has a gentle demeanor.

Working hours:

Monday - Friday: 14h30 - 18h30

School holiday hours:

Full day (08h30 - 18h30)

Duties:

Run general family errands, Engaging in intellectually stimulating play & activities with child, Prepare meals for your children, Occasional Babysitting and weekend work (by prior arrangement)

Special Requirements:

Female, Excellent communications skills--precise and responsive--in English (German language skills are a plus), At least two-years' experience teaching and caring for young children (time with babies is a plus), Someone Gentle, nurturing, and has a patient demeanor. Must be responsive to the needs and ideas of the children. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Start Date and contract term:

August - permanent

Salary:

R15 000 - R17 000pm + SARS rates per km



All Au Pair Extraordinaire applicants must fill the following requirements:

*Must have at least 12 consecutive months of formal child-caring experience, excluding work done for friends and family. This experience must be within the last 2 years.

*Must have their own, reliable car and at least 18 months driving experience.

*Must have at least 2 contactable childcare references.

*Must have a clear criminal record

*Must have a passion for children

*Must have Matric

*Must have a South African ID document.
