Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
-ITIL Foundation, Relevant diploma /degree in statistics or analytics is highly advantageous.
Minimum Experience:
-3 years in a telecommunications or IT service delivery environment

-Must be willing to work overtime, if required
Responsibilities:
SLA Reporting
-Draw incidents from FreshService, applicable to the client.
-Draw IP SLA criteria from IRIS
Trend Analysis
-Populating Trend Analysis spreadsheet
-Assist Assurance Engineers obtaining data from systems.
Teamwork
-Work with collegues to achieve overall team goals.
-Highlight problems and work with team to find solutions.
-Take personal ownership of problems.
Ad hoc Reporting
-Requested by Account Management/direct from clients/management internally
Service Review Meeting
-Conduct client presentations & assist Assurance Engineers on customer SLA meetings
