Job Description
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
- ITIL Foundation, Relevant diploma /degree in statistics or analytics is highly advantageous.
- 3 years in a telecommunications or IT service delivery environment
- Must be willing to work overtime, if required
SLA Reporting
- Draw incidents from FreshService, applicable to the client.
- Draw IP SLA criteria from IRIS
- Populating Trend Analysis spreadsheet
- Assist Assurance Engineers obtaining data from systems.
- Work with collegues to achieve overall team goals.
- Highlight problems and work with team to find solutions.
- Take personal ownership of problems.
- Requested by Account Management/direct from clients/management internally
- Conduct client presentations & assist Assurance Engineers on customer SLA meetings
Internal
- NOC, Account Management, Supplier Relations Management; QA Management, Network OPS, Network Core, Projects
- Customers, Suppliers
Knowledge
- Knowledge of Service Level Agreements
- Knowledge of IT industry
- Data mining and data analysis
- Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel and intermediate PowerPoint and Word)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
