If you are a tax guru when it comes to all areas of tax, then this opportunity might just be right for you. This multinational construction group has made massive advances in the last couple of years. They have grown exponentially and expanded their business internationally. This company is looking for an equally growth focused Tax Manager that will help take their tax team to higher heights. This opportunity requires someone who is a proven track record on management as well as proficiency in company and international tax.
Responsibilities:
- Dealing with tax compliance and risk management.
- Managing external and internal stakeholders and tax authorities
- Preparing and submitting income tax returns
- Calculating deferred tax, VAT and withholding tax
- Preparing tax reconciliations and tax packs
- Providing support to other divisions in the company
- International tax planning and projects
- Providing support to the Head of Tax.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Completed relevant BCom degree is essential
- Post graduate in taxation is highly beneficial
- SAIT qualified is beneficial
- 3 to 5 years corporate and international tax experience is essential
- Multinational experience is beneficial
