Job Description

Pool Academy Aquatics is an International Aquatics Club based in South Africa, United Arab Emirates, India and the United Kingdom. We have over 10 000+ swimmers passing through our doors each year in all countries.

We are offering successful candidates a chance to teach/ coach Learn To Swim at Pool Academy Aquatics branches in Durban

(WESTVILLE BRANCH)



This is a part-time position starting immediately at a branch closest to you.

If this candidate does not possess a qualification, we will put them through this after a certain period of time and all employment requirements must be met first.

The successful candidate will be required to work a

minimum

of 15 hours per week (+- 60 hours per month). At a later stage, the successful candidate will be required to work 45 hours per week (+-180 hours per month) - which is the maximum.

Requirements:

- We are looking for male and female candidates

- MUST be from Durban

- Must be able to swim all strokes proficiently

- Must have excellent communication skills and teaching ability

- Must have excellent customer service skills

- Must have organisational and management skills

- Must be able to work on Monday to Friday (Between 3pm to 8pm)

- Must be able to work weekends (Saturday and Sundays) between 8am to 6pm

- Must have own transport/ car

- Prior competitive swimming experience will be advantageous
