The Assistant Restaurant Manager will work closely with the Restaurant Manager and Directors to oversee all FOH activities, lead a motivated service team, and maintain the elevated dining standards the restaurant is known for. Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily floor operations to ensure a smooth and professional service flow
Supervise, guide, and develop FOH staff
Manage reservations, seating, and guest flow efficiently
Deliver exceptional guest service and handle queries or complaints professionally
Assist with stock control, cash-ups, and general administration
Uphold service standards, hygiene protocols, and brand consistency
Provide staff training and performance support
Collaborate effectively with the kitchen and management team
Maintain a welcoming, well-organised dining environment
