ProStaffSelect are in search of a skilled, highly organised professional ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER to overseeing daily operations with a team of passionate service minded individuals in creating a "best of its kind" experience for "another award-winning year". Min 4 years experience within a la carte fine dining restaurants Good exposure and confidence in promoting & serving signature SA wines Excellent CULINARY knowledge and all round understanding of food, ingredients & plating components Highly Presentable candidate with strong personality, confidence and commanding presence
