MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree or diploma in agriculture with major in Horticulture or Agronomy At least 2 years practical farm experience in horticultural or agronomic production and staff supervision Integrity, self-motivated, attention to detail, fluent in English and Afrikaans, proficient with Excel Be hands-on and participate in all farm activities as is necessary on a compact, intense farm

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
Co-ordinate staff in consultation with management team for land preparation, sowing, fertilization, irrigation management and weed control Record keeping of production Irrigation infrastructure maintenance Arrange for vehicle and farm equipment maintenance and keep records
