Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for senior Contact Centre roles, including:
Job posting and advertising
Candidate sourcing and screening
Interview coordination and facilitation
Offer negotiation and onboarding support
Utilize various sourcing channels (job boards, social media, networking) to attract top talent.
Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Provide market insights and recruitment analytics to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment legislation.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.
