KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER
At Source is recruiting for a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team.
The purpose of the role is to manage and grow strategic relationships with leading local and international retailers. Together with the Commercial Manager and Team, the incumbent will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase sales, optimize new business development and strengthen our partnerships with the retailers.
Amongst others, Key Responsibilities will include:
- develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- monitor and analyze sales data, market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
- liaising between customers and production regarding orders, volume forecasts/estimates, deliveries, availability, service levels, etc.
- execution and administration of specific tasks and projects in the marketing plan, including promotions, demonstrations and product launches
- operate and maintain the companys websites, digital and social media platforms
- ensure real-time response to enquiries and queries.
