Job Description
Your role is crucial in ensuring effective risk management, control over governance, and ensuring excellence in our financial and operational processes.
Qualifications:
- BCom Degree in Accounting, Quantitative Risk Management, Data Science, or similar
- Membership with the Institute of Internal Auditors, South Africa
- Certified Information Systems Auditor or Certified Internal Auditor (advantageous)
- 8+ years in Internal Audit, with 5 years in an FMCG environment
- Proven implementation and utilization of data analytics tools
- Compliance with Group/Company-specific Standard Operating Procedures
- Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office
- Data analysis & integration
- English fluency, French advantageous
- Decisive judgment, persuasion, teamwork, supervisory skills, and high-level professionalism
- Maintain Professional Practices: Uphold audit methodology and quality standards
- Data Analytics: Interpret and visualize complex data to support decision-making
- Risk & Compliance Analysis: Assess governance, financials, and operational compliance
- Review & Reporting: First-level review of findings and compilation of insightful reports
- Follow-up & Benchmarking: Monitor remediation plans, identify best practices
- Knowledge Sharing: Educate stakeholders, share recommendations with Senior Managers
