Our client is recruiting for a versatile and hands-on Assistant Manager to support daily operations across their busy restaurant, bar, events, and accommodation offering. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic coastal environment, communicates exceptionally well, and enjoys delivering outstanding guest experiences.
The ideal candidate is sharp, confident, emotionally mature, and able to adapt quickly. While the client prefers a young, energetic individual, they remain open to any exceptional applicant regardless of age or background.
Key Responsibilities
Support the General Manager in all daily operational duties
Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction at all touchpoints
Assist with floor management, staff supervision, and service standards
Oversee reservations, event setups, and guest coordination
Help manage stock, ordering, cash-ups, and operational paperwork
Maintain venue cleanliness, readiness, and presentation
Assist in training, motivating, and developing staff
Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly
Uphold company standards, SOPs, and operational procedures
Contribute to smooth running of restaurant, events, and accommodations
